"Slowest place on earth we waited in line for our food for 30 minutes. Was over charged and then told we could not get our food because the systems were down mind you we sat at the window for 10. They are very slow far from fast food and they always have a bunch of people just standing around playing and laughing instead of working. If I could give no stars I would. Also, they are always out if something doesn't matter when I go they are out of something my family orders. Boooo to them."

"Drive thru person was outstanding. Food was horrible, I took a bite of the fries, soggy with grease that hadn't been changed in more than a week. I pulled over to throw up. Yuke! Open the sandwich it was worse. I called the restaurant and spoke to a young man and explained this to him. He stated the manager is aware of this. It was because of transportation issues getting the oil here. Yeah right, I'm not dumb. said I should be speaking to the manager, he then said he was the manager. I asked his name, Alexander. I said, imagine how many others got sick. This used to be a good Wendy's, no more!!!!"

"Took over a half hour to serve us in the drive through. There was only 5 cars ahead of us. When we finally got our food they didn't give us the fries we ordered they told us, "Sorry, we only have small fries, you'll have to wait until we cook a new batch of fries to get a medium, that will take about 5 minutes." Thankfully, a passenger in my car told me to ask for 2 smalls instead. I don't think I will ever go back to this specific location..."

"Location is always quite busy. For the amount of traffic they have they do well. Everyone seems like they work their butts off current manager today (tall dark chick with sweet smile) was very nice despite dealing with Karen’s when I walked in. Lobby was very clean, service was was good. My body guard thought the extra pickles & onions were thoughtful but not his thing I recommend the spicy chicken with extra mayo. Wish they would bring back the 2 for 9 deal. Prefer this location over the Seward location next too Fred’s"
