"I took my mother their for the first time and they server woman was so rude to my mother that she was crying when we left. The last time I was there the man serving me was rude in the exact same way. Fixing our order doesn't need to be a argument. Learn how to speak to customers. I wanted to confront the worker but I was with my kids and the negativity was already to much."
