Taco Bell 1751 East Parks Highway, Wasilla, AK 99654

"I placed my order at 11:48am, I arrived at the store at 12:20, wasn’t greeted by an employee until 12:40, who said they would check on my order then never came back. I left the restaurant at 12:55 still with no food after being ignored at the front counter for over 10 minutes, and never receiving my food. Two separate employees were supposed to check on my order and never did. Other customers in the lobby had 20-40 minute waits, yet others got their food in 10 minutes, and of course the drive thru was moving smooth this whole time. The person leading the makeline kept quoting being short staffed as the problem, they had 2 employees at the drive thru window, one employee sitting in the lobby, one employee sitting in the office eating, an employee at the back drive thru window and 3 employees in the kitchen. If you can’t get orders out in under an hour or even greet your customers with 6 employees on the floor and 8 employees on the building you need to completely overhaul the management of this store."

"If you order ahead you better be in the parking lot ready to go in and wait right after you order or there's a very high chance of your food being stolen. Most of the employees appear to be challenged to some degree. If it's after about 7 or 8pm then you'll probably wait nearly an hour if not longer in the drive thru. Dashing for this place is a joke after 5pm."

"I definitely love taco bell. They are quick and easy and they always have good food. I rarely sit down to eat there though. When I do it's usually fairly clean."

"Food was perfect and made the right way and warm when we got it when they where busy during a dinner rush. Now for the bad. When our for was brought to us at the counter we where told it WAS ALL THERE, we did not get our cup. We waited almost 5 minutes before I had to reach behind the counter for my cup because none of the staff would come to help us even after yelling for some one to assist us. Each employee would look at us and just go back to wrlorking there station or talking to each other. When I was retrieving my cup another employee told me not to do that and to ask for help next time.(after that did not work along with being obviously ignored). After she addressed this with the crew and leaving the restaurant, the same situation happened right again but with more customers in the lobby each yelling for staff to come back. Customers service is basically dead at this point but at least you can get the food, just not a drink."
