"Red robin is always a great default when the family can't decide on something, but unfortunately, the regularly miss items in takeout orders. The food is usually good, but it's almost never the right food. Definitely check what you ordered and mention it to them. The staff is great about making sure you get taken care of though. They will process a refund almost immediately."
"Came here for my birthday with my daughter and friends. Our server didn't come but twice. We had to call on another server to get 1 of our appetizers that didn't come with the rest. The food was good, though."
"Took our daughter for her 8th birthday. Apps came quick then nothing as we watched other tables get seated, served and leave. Took 40 minutes. Food was cold, portions were weird.They did sing happy birthday right as we got our food but we just got to-go plates and left. Got home and found I was given the wrong burger...... 3rd time Red Robin has failed to deliver."
"We had a great time at lunch today. The burgers, fries and chicken were all delicious. We had Root Beer Floats for dessert which were also really good. I don’t get the chance to eat at Red Robin very often but every time I do, it is extremely satisfying."
