"The Bayview Restaurant is really great! The views of Sitka from upstairs are superb and make the meal and time there worth it. So grab a beer and people watch or check out the mountains and harbor. The staff is very friendly and the service overall has been on point here. The prices are on the higher side, but it’s Sitka and a common place for tourists to eat. So why not go play tourist? I especially like their chowder over others in town. Stop in and enjoy this place when you get a chance. It’s often self seating and there are options to sit in a few different areas. Order some rounds. Have fun and enjoy this downtown gem!"

"The food was great as always, just as i remembered. I got the chicken tenders that come with fries. It's got a great crunch to it that lasts even after being boxed up and put in a fridge all night. The chicken is juicy and tender, truly cooked to perfection. The fries they serve are house cut and seasoned. The only issue I had was that our service was slow, yet there was hardly anyone else in the restaurant. I had to get up to ask for the bill because our waitress just wasn't coming back to check on us. Who knows, though, off day perhaps or other duties? Either way, I would still absolutely recommend the Bayview Pub."

"A diverse menu with a great variety of pub and sea food options. Great food; great service (thanks, Mariah). Ordered the Rachel, Halibut & Chips, and kids Sliders. All were top-notch. Lots of draft and local beers. Recommended!!"

"I'm not often 100% in love with the food I get at restaurants, but I was here. The seafood chowder was so delicious I wanted more! The Brando's Mexican-style Philly was amazing and my husband's Buffalo & Jam burger and Bleu Cheese Fries were too. All around excellent. I was surprised."
