"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Service is horrible... food you order is never prepared full and ju can taste nothing but the shell... they give a small.scoop of meat is bearly enough meat to go from one side of the chulpa to the other... let alone all you taste is lettuce and shell... worst chulupas in the world... looks nothing like the menu. its a waste of money... and time to go here... they have official lost my business along with several of people... sad this place stays in business... small taco wasn't even filled to the top... this taco bell is a disgrace to the name!! The pictures is what you will receive for 15 dollars... very over priced... horrible management and service... better off going somewhere else to get some of you money worth... this isn't even worth $5... came inside to discuss with management told me that's how they make it and that this is consistent across all taco bells... employee claims he's a GM... really young yo be one... but hey that's who you guys having represent taco bell speaks for itself... again... YOU HAVE LOST SO MUCH BUSINESS DUE TO YOUR PRACTICES ITS REDICULOUS... THATS WHY THERES NO MORE WAIT LINES WHEN YOU DRIVE BY ANYMORE.... KEEP UP THIS FANTASTIC JOB... IM SURE PEOPLE LOVE GETTING CONSTANT MESSED UP ORDERS... NASTY FOOD... NO MEAT OR BEARLY ANY MEAT TACOS/FOOD... I HAVE NEVER HEARD SOMEONE TELL ME THAT THIS WHAT YOU ARE SEEING IS CONSTANT WITH CORPORATION STANDARDS... THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!"

"This was a good trip, usually they don't get our order right. Today they did. Very sad to learn that the fries are leaving again. They need to be a regular menu item."

"Every time we order from here, at least one item is missing. This time they missed one item and no sauces. It's simple counting errors that doesn't make sense to me. "JUST GO TO JBER OR ANCHORAGE (it’s faster & better service). First thing; this is the WORST service & timing (when no one’s waiting) for food at this location!!! This is an order of NO onions, extra cheese. COLD. I don’t know how the bean burrito can be this cold, but it was. Unfortunately we know they will never care enough to actually get the order correct. We now know if we don’t take each thing out at drive thru, we are getting random stuff. This team knows there’s no real consequences for their careless preparation. Seems to be the theme out here in Eagle River, AK. We try to always extend the most consideration, but when is enough enough in the lack of respect in customer care? What if I was ALLERGIC?! It’s just a preference, but what if it wasn’t?! It wasn’t even light, it was heavy on what was asked to be subtracted. I hope a GM or someone cares enough to just address these issues."

"Absolute worst Taco Bell. Why are there employees standing around talking while there are people waiting to be served and have our orders taken? There is no reason for fast food to take 20+ mins. Get off your butts and smart phones and pay attention. The girl almost gave me someone else's order and I knew that because I didn't order a soda and when I did get the right food it was sloppy and lacking. If you're going to make things half the size they are supposed to be, then you should only charge half the price and we should only be paying half the cost. The employee professionalism has really gone down hill here."
