"First off they completely screwed up order. Left out a chalupa, food was cold and they didn't pay attention to add ons for ingredients and thats not even counting the sheer lack of expected ingredients (see photo of a "crunch wrap supreme"). When called they expressed that we could come in anytime to get a order remade for free. But I question if I ever will after this."

"Absolutely horrendous.. the lobby is always trashed, the people here are on their phones, playing loud music that everyone can hear, having the most ridiculous conversations, I’ve been here multiple times and every single time the order is screwed up in one way or another… on top of that it says they open at 7am but if you go wait in line at 6;55 they’ll have an attitude with you and tell you it’s not till 730-745 and tell you to get out of line…. We went back around and guess what, “hey guys we’ll be open in 10 minutes, get out of line”…. Are you kidding me?? This place is absolutely disrespectful and not worth going to, I will never go here again, this Taco Bell is here to serve the people and soldiers of this base, and they don’t even have the common decency to say good morning…. Just wow"
