"This Starbucks is located just inside of the Fred Meyer store on Muldoon and Debarr Road of which I am definitely a regular. Just ask Lulu who watches the front door-;-). Looks like this Starbucks stop could use a boost in reviews. Understandable, since I have had the service swing from borderline atrocious to mediocre, to actually quite nice. Inconsistent, yes. Until yesterday. Personally, I have been having a week long day from hell. You know. One of those days that just never seems to end? I had to run some errands, and since I was running on very few hours of sleep, I'm talking I need some coffee, like right now. SHOUT OUT to Janyla!!! Okay. So, she was out of my fave of faves with Starbucks: the heavenly Cold Brew. So, next best thing- an iced coffee with a shot of peppermint. Sure! On a cold and blustery winter's day? Why not? Side note: I tend to bring a line of people with me, and soon Janyla was overwhelmed. HOWEVER! She handled it with the coolest grace I have ever seen in quite some time. Even when she had to call her boss to help walk her through the procedure of loading my Starbucks gift card, she was calm and collected. Janyla! You are the light in the most dreariest of days. Thank you*~"

"Updated 2019- I loooove this starbucks. Pam is amazing if you go here often then your lucky enough to get to know Pam. I come here every Friday sat sun morning sometimes a second trip too. I live in wasilla on weekdays and on weekends i am in anchorage and this is my go to spot for coffee. And its not the closest starbucks to me but its worth making the trip. They often have a lil wait but for quality coffee I wait the 10 mins. Also I like Michael & Arianna. 2017- I love the coffee here yum yum. I get coffee here on weekends."

"Customer service was poor at 11:45 Sunday morning. Banana nut bread was served to me straight out the refrigerator, zero toaster love... there were three employees...it was literally the blind leading the blind. I couldn't tell who was the shift lead and who was in training. Long story short, I will NEVER spend my money in that Starbucks ever again in life... heading home to put my bread in my toaster oven"
