"So I really hate when I go to a McDonald's and because there's people that are allergic to certain things or they really don't want something on their burger and you tell the drive-thru person what you want and then you get on the highway to go to Wasilla. So the manager was quite helpful but I was hoping that because I spent $61 and I had to wait to eat my sandwich when I get home because I didn't have anything on it we ended up having cold hamburgers. Very polite manager but didn't give me any kind of incident on the problem of their lack of training at the drive-thru."

"Every single time I go to this McDonald’s they tell me their ice cream machine is down, also, the customer service is absolutely terrible. I go to pay and they do not say a word to me. They don’t tell me my total they just take my card pay and shut the door. DO NOT RECOMMEND this McDonalds."

"Went there to meet-up with Lola Betty and goto the valley, she ended up not showing up so I left without ice removal or shake. The place isnt recommended for lrlarver patients as there's not much seating, one table and a bar to look out on the beginning of Muldoon. I imagine the foods good if you like McDonalds as the restaurant apperedclen also."

"Ordered on the app and got in the drive through. Lady in front of me was waiting to be helped at the speaker for a good 5-7min. I got to the speaker and gave my order number and was informed the hashbrown machine hasn’t “warmed up” yet and I have to wait for my order. Because of this they gave me a free sandwhich. Then I waited another 22 minutes after parking. There were three workers cars in the parkinglot when I got there at opening, no reason for things like this to happen. While waiting it looked like there was a manager walking around with a coffee and two people actually working. If the machine not being ready at the time they open is because McDonald’s won’t let employees clock in early to start the machines up then they need to fix that issue. Manage your people and time better."

"The food was okay... some of the chicken nuggets were lukewarm and kind of hard... There was a long wait to actually talk to someone because they had the kiosk... I don't like that thing at all... I needed extra sauce and couldn't order it on there. Then after waiting such a long time to talk to a person, he didn't even put the correct extras in the order... I don't think I'm going back anymore..."
