"Ordered a sugar free vanilla latte. They did not have sugar free but didn't tell ne. Recieved my latte and it was just coffee and cream. When I talk to them is when I found out they had no sugar free. Should have told me. Dibetic here so must be careful. No apology for no giving what I paid for"

"This could possibly be the worst Starbucks in Anchorage. I live nearby, but I will travel to other locations just because this one is so terrible. Every time I come here, there is ALWAYS an issue. Sometimes I come and they are closed because no one showed up, and other times I’ve come and they are missing food items, ingredients etc. They should seriously consider closing this location. Today, it took 20 minutes for my drink because the “espresso machine” needed to warm up (I was the only person in line). Of course I’m told the espresso machine wasn’t working AFTER I paid for my drink."

"The barista that always works there always gets irritated when she actually has to work, she makes it visible she's mad by slamming stuff around, she always acts rude and I requested extra toppings, she charged me for it ( don't mind that) however she put no toppings on my frap. Poor customer service skills and likes to rip customers off"

"i ordered a caramel snickerdoodle macchiato. & i showed the lady what syrups & milks needed to be added for whatever size you prefer. i ordered 2 of the same drinks. 1 small & 1 large . she charged me the same amount for both drinks $5.05 + $1.40 for soy milk. i ended up spending $12.00. she barley spoke english & didn’t put the lid on all the way and when she gave it to me it spilt and she didn’t bother to say sorry. i will not be going to this starbucks again ! ive always ordered the same thing and never spent $12.00 on 1 large & 1 small drink."

"Have been hesitant to come back after a girl with long dark hair and glasses made my drink the wrong way by adding syrup I made sure to clearly ask not to be put in and she used the same cup, she just poured out the syrup. I came this morning and LeVerna and another girl I have never seen before gave me the most courteous and prompt service and made my drink right."
