"The customer service was so bad, girl at the window had an attitude & slammed my food on the counter as if she was IRRATATED .. I got the whopper & it had no bacon like it’s suppose to .. and on top of that there was jalapeños in it when I didn’t want that .. so my burger was spicy & soggy.."
"Ordered two classic chicken meals and bit into MOLD on the bun. I called and wanted a refund but they only offered to put my name on their “list” and would comp me one meal. How can a business not have inventory protocols to check dates on all their food deliveries. I can’t understand how the cook didn’t see the mold when it was prepared. You could only see the mold if you opened up the bun which you had to do when adding the chicken and lettuce."
"Great staff, place could be a little cleaner but fault may lie with certain customers, food is good but could use healthier ingredients. Great place for when time is limited and decent-delicious food is desired."
