"I ordered 2 sandwiches and 12 chocolate chip cookies online for pickup on 7/22. When I picked up my order, they only gave me 4 chocolate chip cookies and said they didn't have anymore. I didn't want other cookies and asked for adjustment of amount paid. He said ordered online so he couldn't adjust and had to contact online for refund. I tried 2 times to get customer service online to adjust amount for 8 cookies not received, but they have not adjusted the amount I paid and have not contacted me. Poor service, poor customer service."
