"Ordered a 16 oz 4 shot Americano, 3 sugar in the raw and 2 inches of cream. I ask for so much cream because I do not like HOY coffee. Barrista steamed my milk and didn't add ANY sugar. Before drinking asked the batista to clarify my order, as the cup was almost to hot to hold with the sleeve on. She said it was co.pany policy to steam the milk for an Americano. I explained, that no, that was a breve and could she remake my drink the.way I ordered it. She refused. I had already tipped her with my credit card. I have tried multiple times to reach out to the owner with no response back."

"When we pulled up to the coffee shop we immediately noticed the amount of wasps surrounding the window that kept entering the shop and trying to enter my window. I had taken my siblings there for the first time and they got an orange italian soda and the other got a kids hot chocolate. I ordered a 16 ounce vanilla breve and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The only way to describe the taste of it was that it tasted like nail polish remover. It was so disgusting. My siblings had no comments on the quality of their drinks and the the baristas were quite friendly but I can guarantee we will not be returning."

"Super nice baristas, but I was pretty disappointed to see my breakfast croissant was microwaved inside of the plastic wrap. I know SOME plastic wrap is safe to use in the microwave, but it should only be used to cover dishes, not touching the actual food itself. I prefer my food without the extra toxins. I also didn’t get cream in my americano like I had asked. Other than those two things, I think it’s a great place, just needs a couple minor adjustments"
