Best Insurance

"After paying over $200/mo, I was told my daughter isn’t actually covered because she doesn’t live with me anymore. I had no idea living at the same address was required and nobody had asked. I was told she needed her own insurance immediately, “unknown” if she would be covered if in an accident - when I asked. I requested a refund then. No reponse to that. A manager called me back and reported “All is fine.” I got new insurance through someone else beginning 11/4, and was told they would send notice of cancellation. I rcvd my “renewed” policy from Best Ins (Of course it increased again) with notice of auto draft. I called Best ins, Kathy was unwilling to handle the requested cancellation from 10/22 electronically or over the telephone “I’ll mail the doc you have to sign and you can mail it back.” I called my new ins agent and they took care of it over the phone and got it cancelled, since the new policy begins tomorrow. Best insurance has time and time again failed to provide good service. The worst experience, especially “Kathy.”"

After my unannounced arrival, I was delighted to be greeted by Heather; a super friendly agent in the office, She politely encouraged me to have a seat and spill the beans. I was surprised by how genuine and professional she was when attending to my situation. She quickly drew up the paperwork to get started on a solution to all my worries.
