"If you're looking for a place to kill time, the drive through at McSlowNolds in Eagle River, Alaska is your spot! Don't be surprised if you age a few years waiting for your McFlurry to be ready. I actually grew a full beard waiting in line. This is the only drive through I know of where you have to pack a lunch to get through it. Ordering here is like sending a message in a bottle and hoping it reaches shore before you do. By the time your burger arrives, you’ll have forgotten you even ordered it! You could plant a garden, watch it grow, and still have time left over before your order is ready. On the up side You’ll have time to write a novel, learn a new language, and plan your retirement before even reaching the order window. It’s the only place where hunger turns into a full-blown existential crisis as you contemplate the ultimate futility of effort as you wait for a Bacon McDouble."

"Every time, I order from this place. They always forget the sauces for the mcNuggets. Do not order the chicken nuggets. A waste of money for a lazy service. Same with the spicy chicken deluxe, they always forget the bacon & tomatoes. Just order a regular spicy sandwich instead to save your money from lazy employees. I really wish this restaurant would take pride in its location. It would be great if the employees took pride of their location by service and such. Oh, well..."

"Usually service is okay but if management truly wants to improve, promote 2 staff to be right under the manager on service and please don’t be so strict on breakfast.. breakfast should be served all hours of the day, we can order ahead of time though the app. You will have all the time in the world to prepare the McMuffin.. just let me order it!!! When you say it’s lunch time, my mind does not want a fat burger.. I would do just about anything for the egg McMuffin… please extend your breakfast to 11:30!!"

"Lady at the drive thru window wasn’t Friendly, but that would be asking alot of McDonalds. The sandwich was not wrapped all the way, the wrapper was torn and part of the sandwich was sticking out. Thats gross. Unsanitary given that the person that bagged it wasn’t wearing gloves. Gross. Wrap your food. They cant put cheese on a burger all the way either, shorted me on pickles, ordered 2 of the same sandwich, one had 2 pickles, the other had 6. Lazy."

"Lobby was lacking considerable janitorial attention. (Fries all over the floors, garbage left on tables, drink station needing a good wipe down) Their new order at a Kiosk went smoothly, however, you're supposed to take a # and per the card says "Please place on your table and we'll bring your food to you." They of course aren't following their marketing/customer service which made our food completely cold. Teenagers were playing in the Play Structure that was highly improper for their ages. Total lack of Supervision/Management was the theme created at the "new ER McDonald's""
