I ordered my usual(vietnamese style coffee) This is usually brown in color and is usually $4.10 but not only I got billed $6.50, they also messed up the flavor and this is super sweet and the staff here seems like they don’t love their job, not creative at all and no attention to details."

"If I had one word to describe this Starbucks, it would be "inconsistent". While some of the staff tends to be friendly, others are disgruntled to the point where you feel like your presence is an inconvenience. I don't know if it's bad training, bad management, or just bad hiring... but something has got these folks slowly dying inside and I just want some coffee. There's hardly any regular recipe to the drinks, and the inviting descriptions lead to watery, bland lattes and disappointment. Every now and then I get a superb drink. Perhaps training is lacking or good management is needed to supervise... I couldn't tell you. I want to like it because the Starbucks is clean, displays are fun and the products are great... but I've come to expect better from the brand."

"The blonde pour-over was warm at most, tasted very watery despite the fact I requested 6 sugars. Don't worry, they didn't forget the sugars (but they did forget hot water, or letting the hot water spout warm up before using it) however they didn't seem to stir the drink at all to mix in the sugars. As a result when I was downing the last few gulps it became unbelievable sweet and swished in my cup like sand. But by those gulps the coffee became lukewarm anyway. Nice window gal, but very lazy pour-over routine."
