"Today on 12.15.2023, at around 8:10am, the Starbucks location was extremely busy. Despite ordering my drink well in advance, my order was missed, causing me to be late for work,. however, I did observed the team working diligently and cooperatively, and they were apologetic about the delays in fulfilling orders, including mine. The management at this location is friendly, despite being busy, and they still maintain an efficient operation."

"I go to this specific Starbucks almost daily. The crew there is ALWAYS so nice and cheerful that it makes my day so much better. I love that when I go in there they know me and most of the times know exactly what I'm getting and there is never a huge wait. If they are super busy they are always polite and never seem stressed out even though I'm sure I would be pulling my hair out if I was them. This is by far the BEST Starbucks in the state of Alaska!!!!"

"This Starbucks has more than a nice atmosphere to offer. The crew was efficient, and the range of choices from coffee to food was awesome. There's a small area in front of the fireplace to enjoy also."

"Typical nice design/layout interior. Just before 8:30AM, pretty slow inside and numerous table tops were dirty. 5 visible employees working, concerned about drive through, even that line was slow to none at times."

"This Starbucks was recently built and opened! A great location to get a coffee for the road. The drive-thru is narrow, so if you have a full-size truck then you need to enter with a wide turn from the parking lot. The employees are polite and the coffee is ready very quickly.
