"Ordered breakfast so we could make the cutoff time of 10:30. We showed up at 10:40 and it had been cancelled and could not be remade. Apparently you have to be there by 10:30 for breakfast items ordered. That’s fine if that’s the policy but it should be advertised that when ordering."

"McDonald's is McDonald's. I was disappointed this time around because my chicken nuggets were not hot. They were warm and quickly got cold. I could taste that they had been sitting under the warm heat lamp until the next order. I got the wrong cheeseburger. I can't expect anything about the cleanliness of the place. It's always dirty and filthy."

"First of all, I go into order food half the things I order they're out of or they don't serve that time of night. We got our food sat down at a table. The cashier had to bring out the rest of our order I went to the counter to get some catch up,and some kid comes up to me. Tells me that they close at 11.I asked him what time it was and he said 11: 02. The cashier should have told us before we sat down to eat our food that they were closing. As a matter of fact, he could have told us that when he brought us the food to the table when we were sitting there, eating or about to eat that they would be closing. So we had to gather up our food while all the people that work there stood at the register talking and giggling. As we walked out the door to go finish our food in the car. The bathrooms were disgusting. And the customer service there definitely needs work. It might help if they had an adult there to supervise these children. They don't know how to treat people and do their jobs correctly."

"If you go inside, the employees are robotic, don’t engage customers, you’ll wait a half hour for your food wondering when it will be up to realize that they never made it, and then good luck getting anybody’s attention to remedy the error. If you go drive-through, you’re likely to wait at least a half hour, get the wrong or cold food, and then have to wait another half hour to get back to address it, and that’s if you’re lucky enough to have anyone address you at the drive-through window at all. If you value your time and money, don’t waste them here."

"It's a McDonald's! Probably the busiest McDonald's we've ever been to! Busier than the lower 48 and Hawaii because there's not a lot of options unless you want to cross the parks hwy which no one ever really wants too. Kids working are always smiling and nice."
