"Well one I don't go here very often and all I wanted was a a gingerbread latte with normal milk which they don't advertise, so I asked for the drink and got a super rude response from one of the guys that work there. The coffee itself tasted like it was 2 weeks old and had zero gingerbread flavor"

"Amazing Pumpkin Spice Lattes. Half-off on Thursdays so had a date with my wife of 38 years. I ask for extra hot and got exactly how I like it. Great staff very friendly and patient helping me set up my account. Thank You!"

"Frustrating when you go to order from DoorDash an item and they just give you something else. At least give me a similar sandwich. I ordered a turkey pesto and got a ham and Gouda sandwich."

"This place is always quick and the people are nice. However I'm not sure if the speed of the service is affecting the quality because a handful of times my Fraps haven't been tasting right or looking right. I ordered an expresso frap and it looks and tastes nothing like I've had at other locations. Here's a pic of what it's suppossed to look like and how mine did. It's been that way with a few of my other drinks as well."

"If you're having any issues at this Starbucks you should contact the store manager Sadie Elizabeth Leader. The inside was remodeled and it looks great! What I see that is different is the large open space in the middle of the store. I'm not sure, but maybe there are fewer tables and chairs than before? There is a bar next to the barista that is now much lower. I really like this bar because anyone can sit or pull up to it. I like the new look and I think you will too. Come inside!
