"Nice facility and a common competition host. Not great from a parents position of watching. The upstairs viewing area is usually taken over by a group parents who bring chairs and prevent others from watching their children when it's their turn. Nobody considers others anymore and Roots could make this a better experience for everyone but doesn't bother. If you are being charged to attend then you should be able to view ALL of the child's events. Designate the viewing area for current athlete's guests and stop allowing chairs for people to use it as a seating area."
"My daughter had an ACL surgery this past year and was trying to return to the sport she loves. She was struggling to get some skills to compete as a level 9 this season. She started attending sessions at Roots to help develop these specific skills, but it has morphed into her transferring to the Roots team. She loves the coaches. The girls have welcomed her with open arms. It has been a really positive experience. Thank you!!"
