"Marcus, Mike, and the whole crew were quick responsive, extremely professional, and did not gouge me financially. I work in Helena and getting trades people to the house of any service I have noticed is terrible. They make appointments and don’t show or call when they can’t make it or are running late. Not this business. We had an appointment and even when an emergency happened in another job he called me to let me know what was up and worked around my schedule to get my issue and repair taken care of extremely quickly. I mean within 48 hours of the first contact. And talk about follow up He messaged this morning ( the next day ) to make sure everything was good with the repair and that it all works good and repaired as expected since I wasn’t present until late in the evening. BRAVO SUNDANCE PLUMBING AND HEATING definitely the only call I’ll make in the future"

"The owner refused to provide me the cost for the parts. He said, "I couldn't possibly give you the price for all of the little parts". The price of the parts were more than labor. I estimate the parts were less than $400.00 even with the markup he charges for getting them from the local hardware store. He charged $800.00. Out of my pocket, I paid for the kitchen sink, and two faucets one for the kitchen sink and the other a special order for the clawfoot tub. He purchased plastic pipes, supply lines and plumbers tape. It's improbable he spent $800.00 on the supplies mentioned. His refusal to provide me with the documentation requested speaks volumes about his business practices."

"Tallon replaced our water heater with a tankless system. The installation was top notch, looks professional, and we love the endless supply of hot water. Marcus was responsive and a great resource while we were debating on what system we wanted and did a great job coordinating everything."
