"Lawyers doesn't call clients, nor do they even represent clients fully. My lawyer was supposed to file A Haber's corpus on my behalf, which he have not did. It's been over a 120 days and he is not fighting for the D. A to drop charges."

"Richard Payne is the worse atty my son has had. He does not visit nor goes to speak to my son. My son is deaf so he takes advantage of that and has no contact with him. He does not even try to defend him. Its a shame. On the other end there is a great atty that is working with him by the name of Keith. Keith is great. I will be sending an email to the director of Denali Law Group to make a complaint about Richard Payne. He doesn't care for his clients."

"Their staffing issues will affect your case. I was shuffled between lawyers and my case took waaaaaay to long. Richard payne does not care about any of his clients and will cast them aside to one of the other lawyers. The only person that was helpfull was Mathew. It's a shame to see lawyers so jaded that they talk over you and don't hear you out."
