"Front desk very accommodating. The rooms are spacious. And there is a separate room for the toilet from the shower! The only thing that kinda sucks is the shower \ toilet rooms aren't really rooms, they have sliding doors separating. Not a lot of privacy."

"Much more comfortable after being housed at Quyana House. If front desk staff consistently practices quality customer services, I would have rated the service a bit higher. This morning the customer service representative was behind the wall talking on the phone and the maintenance worker approached me asking if I needed help (thank you). So the lady handed over the coffee and started walking away after I approached her. Nothing cheerful, nothing welcoming, and nothing said, seems as though I was disrupting her phone call. I turned around as she was walking back and ask “You’re welcome?”. She mumbled “I did say that” and simply returned to the phone call. She may be qualified but I question her suitability for this job. It’s a bad reflection for management. Where is management? Is there even a manager? I think ANMC travel management should address this issue. Praises to the “Employee of the Year”, a weekday employee who is always busy disinfecting and cleaning. I made him unga several times as I informed him how I felt about his quality of work. Didn’t get any names, wish I had. Maids were very friendly, very refreshing and almost compensated for the lack of courteous customer services. Location very convenient with the shuttle service to get to appointments and other hospital related needs."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, clean and I loved the layout. The only thing that wasn't great was the breakfast, but it was good. The bagels they put out, having to refill, were still frozen and the breakfast meat wasn't very good. Otherwise, we had a great stay."

"So convenient to the hospital food and the patient housing food area. The walk around the Goose Lake is pretty nice. You just have to remember that. It's 3.5 miles around the whole entire Lake and their security during the day. In the nighttime now that's something very new. And we have doors that lock during the daytime. Also, so you can't get mad about being locked out. You have to always have your key on you, I'm not too hip on how much everything cost inside, there are many stores, but you have to understand that doing laundry in this place costs $16. It's $4 a load $3 a box of soap. And I think $4 for soap actually. And $3 for pounds, $4 a load, so yeah. Enjoy your stay at this place. It's my home away from home and I'm from Sitka. I love it the people here know me very well and if you get the chance to know all of the workers like I did, you'll be very blessed to have a new. Family, these workers are very awesome they help when when it's needed. I love Spring Hill, people, workers, and the people who sleep in Spring hill. I've been making new family here since I've been stuck in the hospital hotel."
