"Very efficient. They were well trained and helped me with an overseas shipment."
"Waited all day for a package that needed a signature delivery by end of day never happened no show driver never attempted delivery"
"I am a disabled 68 year old female who orders by mail a lot since buying heavier items is very hurtful to my body as it aggravates my injuries. I have 3 ruptured discs in my lower back, shoulder, foot, hand and knee injuries! I have continually requested that all deliveries go to my front door (on my front porch) and to ring the doorbell and/or knock loudly. Seems reasonable, right. (Note: I am an ex-Postal employee...so I can relate) Well, just last month my monthly dog food delivery was misdelivered to the completely WRONG STREET! Now I live in a small town with one blinking stop light! Maybe 8 streets and I live one block from downtown. And why would dog food be delivered to a Physician’s office? The Dr.’s office called me to come pick it up. That would mean I have to go in and lift it and carry it to my car (ouch) load and unload it ( ouch again) then unload it and carry it to my house and be hurt for 2 months! I had to call Pet Flow and Fed Ex to complain to get it redelivered correctly, and it was, but he didn’t ring or knock! I usually open the heavy boxes on the porch and use 2 containers to put the dog food into and save my back, in case you’re wondering. But now, today, 12/07/19, I get another package delivered to the 3 foot cyclone gate out front by the driveway and street for anybody to steal. Why can’t they deliver it to the front porch and ring the bell? Why is it so hard to get delivery people to do their job? It would have been all of eight to ten steps to make it to my front porch and ring/knock like my sign says! Oh, I always give great Xmas gifts to my mail carriers, clerks, mgrs., delivery people, yard men, office staff and dr’s, dentists, Dog Vets, Salvation Army volunteers who stand and ring those bells in the cold outside grocery stores, etc! So I believe in rewarding people who do their job well as I am very generous. But I believe in not rewarding a SLACKER! Missoula can’t you train your people better? The USPS has route checks twice a year to check employees performances and route adjustments for volume, etc. And they pay a lot less than UPS and Fed Ex does. Fed Ex needs to step up their game!"
