"None of the employees including the managers seem to know what the actual policy is regarding various things outside of handing off mail to already established mailboxes. Heaven forbid you ever have to do anything outside of the norm - you better be prepared to make 3-4 trips with different items depending on who you talked to most recently - Every... Single... Time"
"Mail consistently goes missing from this USPS. Packages come damaged. The 2 employees that work the front have been dishonest about delivering mail that was never delivered. Missing jewelry, missing gifts, broken packages and lots of excuses. For a post office in a town with only 1K, that's pathetic."
"The few times I've been in there it looks like people sort the mail and work the front; so like most branches they're sadly understaffed. But holding 3 small/medium size boxes instead of delivering them is way under-preforming. Went down to try to pick them up, and they're only open for 2 HOURS on Saturday! I'm not expecting 9-5, but more than 9:30-11:30! Our usual driver is sweet and normally on top of things, so I can't imagine it was her decision. But there is a guy who fills in now and then who definitely seems too lazy to drop off more than one box, and has totally thrown a box into my bushes before."

The Post Master and staff go above and beyond to make sure our e-commerce customers receive their orders in a lightning fast manor. USPS shipping is vital to our business and we are lucky to have such a great local Post Office!"
"I ordered a package that was originally sent through UPS and was supposed to be delivered by USPS. I realized the package was going to my old address so I attempted to re-route it through UPS My Choice. After hours of wasted time trying to navigate UPS's worthless website the only person who actually helped me was an employee at the Florence Post Office. It was amazing to be able to talk to a live person who actually cared and listened to my problem. Thank You!"
