"Very rude lady that works there. I came in to ask about a package that was supposed to be delivered the day before. She then asks me if I had any information I show her my tracking number. She then rudely says “well whats your address and name.” I give it to her she then looks not hard walks around the corner comes back I don’t see it. Then says if it was from Fedex or ups. We don’t sort through that until tonight and I am not going to look on the pallet just for one package. I was like it was switched from Fedex to usps before it came here. Grrr she needs a talking to about customer service."
