"Amazing place to walk and take in the sights. Any time of the year you can show up and see beautiful scenery. The frozen ground but flowing spring water keeps wildlife in the area. Highly recommend checking out the walkway. Make it a short or long walk"

"Great spot for an easy outing with high chance of seeing wildlife, particularly birds but we also saw a baby otter during our outing (and others reported seeing a mama brown bear and cubs earlier in the day). Lots of salmon were swimming in the creek too for east viewing from the boardwalk. Boardwalk is an easy walk and not too long. Goes in two directions at the start"

"Great place for a short evening walk. Wasn't too crowded even though the moose attracted alot of attention, even from cars on the highway. Boardwalk was well maintained and lots of wildlife for viewing. They have bird nest through the boardwalk and the birds make some some fun entertainment watching them. They are very used to people being around and would land within a couple feet if you. Wheelchair accessible. Good stop on the road for anyone to enjoy. Bathrooms were well maintained also."
