This year I was fed up with waiting weeks for a response from Kenzie Edinger. Update ** “You had to wait 6 days for your drop off taxes because you kept bringing in documents, our cameras are evidence of that.” ** I’ve only dealt with you folks via email and phone calls and have made sure you’ve had all of my documents. You are worse than a “fast food” tax company.. you’re run by incompetent people. Put down the pipe before you respond."

Do not trust thus business.
