"Update: took swickard gmc 45min to diagnose and fix truck, it was low coolant and power steering fluid! Took this guy 3hrs to not see that. Truck has been at his shop for 3weeks with zero communication and he won't answer the phone or return calls. As a buisness owner myself I feel this is 100% un called for. You confirmed when I saw you in your shop that you knew I had been calling but dud not return any calls. The noise was discussed in our conversation when I was in route to drop the truck off, you never once mentioned a appointment to me, I texted and left messages. Truck was dropped off October 16th or 17th. You told me you spent 3hrs looking it over for leaks or damage, when I got in the truck to leave it told me it had low coolant.....wonder if I have any marks under the truck in the morning."
