"always good. staff is awsome"
"***DANGEROUSLY UNSUPERVISED*** I attended their canoe camp as a child, about 8 years ago. I have been reflecting back on my experience there. I experienced a non-fatal drowning and witnessed my friend also need to be rescued. The kids are DANGEROUSLY unsupervised. Set out in canoes alone in extreme conditions for children. I witnessed multiple potential near death situations. I spent 7 days on the water and was never with an adult. I would have died if it werent for my brave friend. The standards may have changed since I have been there but I felt obligated to tell of my experience. Please keep your kiddos safe."
"Awesome place to get away and focus on what really matters... Jesus!"
"While I can’t speak to the facilities or the food, I can speak to the fact that they disgorged a bus load of screaming kids onto the beach at the campground we were staying in on the near by lake. If the herd of minimally supervised little disease vectors wasn’t enough, one of the “chaperones” was doing laps up and down the beach in a UTV, giving the kids rides (none of kids wore helmets, a violation of state law). I will be sending pictures and video to the Bureau of Reclamation and inquiring if they have a valid Special Use permit to be operating commercially on public land. The dude abides, but not behavior like this."
"This is a very fun camp. I went on a lady's retreat with the lady's of my church 2 years now. There is alote to do. It is right by a lake. In the summer time they have a canoe camp for kids. they make sick good food too. It is homemade food. They even make sure they make gluten and wheat free food for the kids and family's that can't eat gluten or wheat.v you just have to tell them your preference on what you can eat. I hope this helps you on deciding if you want to go. You will have a blast."
