"I have an issue with Lithias service department. I called 2 different times to make an appointment for an oil change and the scheduling person that answered said she would pass on my request to the Wasilla dealership and they would call me back. I never received a call. So I had to drive to the dealership to make an appointment. I complained to the service agent I talked to about this and he said they shut that service off. (Well apparently the scheduler person you get when you call doesn't know that. ) The service agent said to bring my car in the next day at 1:30pm. I asked him for the direct phone number to call to make my next appointment so I wouldn't have to drive over to make an appointment. He gave me a business card. My wife took the car to the dealership the next day for the 1:30pm appointment and guess what? No appointment was scheduled. She was talking to Tank the service agent and they called me on the phone to clarify this issue. I told Tank what I did the day before and he asked who I talked to so I gave him the name on the business card and the direct number on the card. He found out that the guy on the card had not worked there for several months. Tank was able to get our car in and serviced with in an hour or so. So kudos to Tank for doing this. But I think Lithia has some major issues around there service department and how hard it is to request the service. If this doesn't get resolved I will be looking for another dealership for my business. Bill Nichols"
