"A coworker recommended this place and I was looking for a place close to my work. I've stopped by this place twice during the week, several weeks apart during the open hours as listed online, but both times it was closed. It was a waste of my time driving there for service to find out they weren't open."

"If zero stars was available I would leave that. My husband took our chevy 3500 to get the tires changed. They changed tires over. My husband drove on them for about 2 weeks and then we noticed our rear wheel was making a noise, we come home and fine 4 out of 8 lugs snapped off the wheel hub, another 2 were missing lug nuts. Called the shop they sent a mechanic out to fix it. It took 2 days for bree to come fix it. Well why he was attempting to fix her he destroyed our whole rear up assembly by shredding the gears on the hub and broke the speed sensor. We had to take the truck to a dealership due to the shop refusing to fix it and telling us to drive it from the valley to Anchorage with it being unsafe to drive. Now while the truck has been down for over a month do to bree shortcuts this has caused more issues. I would not recommend this shop what so ever and stay clear from bree as a mechanic as he takes short cuts and can't admit blame for his wrong doing and blames others."

"Super fast service was provided after I was told it would be 1.5 hrs before they could get to me. My tires were balanced and rotated in less than 30 minutes. I am a prior customer and previously bought studded tires here. The front end of the business can be a bit chaotic when busy and the waiting area can also get cramped when they are busy."

"It was recommended by a co-worker for tire work. I went there a little skeptical about their service. To my surprise, they were friendly (of course, in business manner), efficient (from service counter to completing service on my tires), and the price was my biggest surprise. I was expecting more for some unknown reasons, but I'm so glad I went there.... They definitely deserve my 5 stars.....!"

"I really want to support local businesses but this is one to stay away from. You can see from my numerous reviews, it takes great effort to earn a one star from me. Dropped off 4 beautiful nokian studded tires to be mounted on loose rims. It seemed like a very straightforward job but after 1.5 wks of no word, I called and they said it just got done. When I arrived, they had me pay first which was interesting since on the workorder states $89, but verbally told me $70+$16 used tire disposal for a total of $86, but at checkout he charged me $85. When I picked up my tires I didn't recognize them as they had new, blue studs. The young man told me they restudded my tires. At no time did I tell them to do that. You can see from the workorder that didn't ask for restudding. As Alaskans know, the reason you pay extra for nokian tires is for their exceptional diamond studs. Now my nokian tires have empty stud holes and the rest are inferior blue studs. In addition, the studs they put in are of the wrong size and they wiggle. I am certain I'll lose those studs on the road. Bottom line, my $1000 nokian studded tires are ruined. Lesson learned."
