"They had my car for over a quarter of a year, even though it didn't have that much damage. They guessed the return date wrong 4 times, AND EVEN KEPT IT AFTER WE WERE GAURENTEED IT WOULD BE DONE AND WE RETURNED OUR RENTAL CAR. Eventually we got it back in an unfinished state because they misplaced parts. They want us to bring it back so they can finish the job but I'll never drop vehicle of in their possession again. Total incompetence and no respect for their customers time and money."

"I could not be any happier with my service , the team at Chaz limited were very friendly and professional. I had just bought a brand new car and was involved in a wreck two weeks after driving the car off the lot. I was very upset because everywhere else was booked until November, and so was Chaz limited, but they were able to squeeze me in a month prior. They got me in and out within a week, they kept in contact with me throughout the process. Upon picking up my vehicle it looked amazing and they also cleaned it (which I didn’t know it was part of the service) but I appreciate it. I am profoundly grateful to all the staff that worked on my vehicle and the two females I was speaking with on the phone, you guys are amazing and thank you."

"Super disappointed. I strongly recommend against this place unless you have a high tolerance for frustration. First I had a 2 month wait to get my appointment. I was told, although they deny it now, it would be a 1 day turn around. While talking with the estimator we discussed a parts deposit of $70.00. He said no worries the parts are readily available. Just before my appointment I was called and told that I had not paid for my parts deposit. They would have to reschedule my appointment for a month or more later. As I planned to be out of town and could have my son drop the car off it was irritating but livable. So I paid the deposit. 10 minutes later they called back and said that they did not need to reschedule because the parts were not actually needed. Sounded really weird but i think that meant they were readily available and was too embarrassed to say so. 20 minutes later they called again and told me I needed to pay my parts deposit. This was a different woman than before. I firmly disputed that as I had just paid it. She sheepishly said OK and that was the end of that. Finally, the big day. I take my truck in. I spoke with the same guy that estimated my truck. he said they give updates on Tuesday and Thursday. I said, NO! You told me it was same day service. I told him I was on foot and needed my truck. he said OK. They close at 5, so I called at 4 to see if I it was ready and I was told it would be 7 days. I went and picked up my truck unrepaired. They kept my parts deposit. I hear that these guys do good work. I don't know if that's true. But their customer service is as bad as it gets. And lots of shop here in town do good work."

"The folks at Chaz made getting the body work done on my car pretty easy. They kept me up to date on where my car was at in the repair process and finished long before their estimated date. My only comment is that there is a long wait time to get estimates done but I suspect that it true everywhere these days."

"This is an excellent place to do business! They fixed all the dings cracks and crevices. They did a repair on my car 2014 and it came apart so when I took it in last month the crack was so wide it could not be fixed. They have a clause in their contract that says their work is guaranteed. So because it could not be repaired they are replacing the whole lift gate. Now I believe they stand by their word, which a lot of businesses do not these days. They even cleaned the inside of my car which was not required! Staff are very nice, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I would recommend the Old Seward branch very highly."
