"This is from about a year ago, but I realized my old review is gone… Took my stepdads 5.0 F150 in for both cylinder heads to be swapped out along with all related timing parts because of some damage. Got the truck back a few days later with a nasty tick in the front of the motor. Took it back and confronted the owner about the problem and we were told it would need to be diagnosed, and not covered under his “warranty”. In the end I took it to a different shop that listened to it for 10 seconds before pulling it in and knowing exactly what it was. Boremans mechanics left the tensioner pin in causing a lack of tension on half the chain, causing the chain to slap and make noise. If you’re looking for a place to get half the job done, this is the place to go."
