"EDIT: As of Oct of 2021 the business sold, and now is a corporate owned NAPA. Unfortunately the more senior employees if the former store are no longer with the business. Good ol' speed shop type of store. Not much of a front display area, but knowledgeable staff with much experience with automotive products."

"I was just traveling through and needed a taillight bulb. Just happened upon this store. They gave me a bulb and let me borrow a wrench to change the bulb. And didn't charge me for anything, even the bulb. That's customer service! I'm not from Anchorage and will probably never be at this store again, but they sure did good by me even if it was just a simple bulb."
"High Performance may not necessarily describe your vehicle. High Performance definitely describes Steve and the crew as they are some of the most knowledgeable and hardest working automotive people in Anchorage."
"Offer a wide selection of replacment parts at fair prices. If its not in stock they can usually get it same day. Have lots of goodies and chrome goodies too. Two older guys have tons of hands on knowledge on just about everything i needed. Helped me out of a sticky situation with a replacment radiator i purchased from them, may not be all smiles but they sure give class A customer service."
