"I am extremely disappointed with our service here. After several unexplained delays to working on our truck, the truck was then stolen from their location. There was no explanation about why it was left outside the secured area. Minimal effort was made to notify us that it was stolen. I would advise against trusting them with your vehicle."
"Extremely disappointed. My truck was stolen from their yard, they left it out front with no security cameras, and no reasoning. Work on the truck had not been started, and I was not notified it would be left out front, unprotected. I dropped off my truck and talked directly to the owner. He assured me that he takes pride in his work. He told me they would look into my truck within a day or two. None of that happened. I called a week later to find out nothing had been done. I was assured by staff that they would look at it that night. Next call I got was almost a week later to tell me it was stolen. No urgency was taken either, they reported it was missing at 6am AK time, but did not call me till 9:30. I missed the call and they did not even leave a voicemail. I never received another call from them. Not even to this day."
"I'm traveling around Alaska from Arizona and my truck started making noise I thought may be transmission. The shop was booked but one of them (I'm so sorry I forgot your names) went for a ride with me in hopes of troubleshooting. Of course it didn't reproduce the noise! But they reassured me with good info and advice. I would definitely recommend using them and appreciate their honesty and making me feel like a friend."
