"They work too slow, they said repair for my car is 15 days max coz the damage is only door and a tiny dent on the fender but it takes a month now and yet still on the shop at this time. I always called they but they have too much alibi. I not happy coz i need a ride everyday to work since my insurance did not provide rental vehicle."

I would however, like to recognize two (2) of their employees, who stood out to me; they are Mr. Sean Dixon and Ms. Vicki Waters. These two (2) individuals were always, courteous, respectful, polite and very professional, each time I had to interact with them. They presented and demonstrated, and was the epitome, of what the term, Customer Service meant. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

"Horrible, highly recommended NOT going here. I made an appointment months in advance and was told parts were going to be ordered and painted prior to my vehicle arriving that way “it will be ready in a few days”. They didn’t order the parts until the vehicle arrived. In the end the truck ended up staying there for over a month on minor repairs. If they tell you they say they will give you a call back you can forget it. They just keep adding to the lies. Go somewhere else."

"Overall I had a good experience with Classic Collision. They communicated clearly and often. They gave me realistic timelines of when to expect my work to be done. Vicky, the lady at the front desk is an angel, especially when I was calling her all the time. Nick is a professional and was super friendly. They actually detailed my car which was a really nice touch that I didn’t expect. You would never be able to guess my car was in an accident. I really hope I don’t need more body work done, but if I do, I’ll go to this Classic Collision."
