"I was referred to these guys by my auto shop and wasn't disappointed. I had a screw in one tire. I grabbed a coffee in the lobby and the damn tire was done before my coffee got cold. Two thumbs up!"
"If I could give this business zero stars I absolutely would. I have done business with this company for several years and have been fortunate to not have to deal with them during the rush of tire change-over season. Yesterday I learned the hard way that this business does not operate well under pressure and it has cost me a day off of work (soon to be 2 days) and several hundred miles of driving. Scenario is that I live and work pretty far north of town and had to swap a new set of tires onto my winter rims 'off vehicle'. I always swap my own tires during the change of seasons but having them mounted and balanced is a service I just cannot do on my own. I called several weeks in advance to book an appointment and explained exactly what I needed for service. I took the day off of work and drove 4 rims and 8 tires into town from a little north of Trapper Creek. Upon arrival I was informed that as the rims were 'off vehicle' that they would no longer be a priority due to 'shop policy' and that at best my rims would be ready the following Monday. I attempted to reason with the lady behind the counter who has been there every year I have come for various services, and felt like she was unreasonably argumentative, visibly upset, and certainly did not appreciate my reminding her that I was very specific on the service I was wanting over the phone. She argued that it might not have been her, obviously she is not the sort of person you would get confused for another, and that she didn't have time to discuss the matter further and directed me to the shop staff. The shop staff was attentive and kind but ultimately there was nothing they would do to alleviate the complete waste of time and resources the business was causing me and despite waiting in town for the next 5 hours to avoid the loss of work and fuel for another trip to town, I will, in fact, have to make that unexpected trip to town anyway. Obviously my first mistake was needing a tire service during this busy season, but I also believe that I took every effort to make the service seamless, had an appointment, and felt like I was being treated more like cattle than a human. When I find myself in need of tire service in the future, I believe the other local options may have their own little quirks but at least I cannot recall any time during any season when I was treated poorly by any of them."
"Usually they do fine. But an outside tire purchase fee? Come on. It costs like 150 bucks for a changeover now! I've been doing business here for years and never had an issue until the last couple of years. First, after a tire changeover I came back because of a intense front end vibration. They said I needed my front end rebuilt, and there was nothing they could do. I went home to take the tire off , the lug nuts were loose and one was completely stripped! I replaced the stud and the vibration went away. I went back the next day and told them what happened, all I got was a "oh. That's weird." More recently, I has a brand new set of 4 tires on a brand new set of wheels and the stick on wheel weights fell off on the front. Someone must have skipped the surface prep before sticking it on. Never seen that happen before. Not interested in going back and having to pay to get it balanced again. Businesses like this is the reason why I have since purchased my own tire mounting/balancing equipment."
"We desperately needed new tires on our cargo trailer. They were in stock, the best price after calling a number of places, and quickly installed. The fact it made giggle is just a bonus."
"Had our tires rotated on our Class A motor home. They did a great job, very prompt service. Thanks again."
