As of December, the lawn mower hasn't been repaired, and honestly, I think they lost it. They have a different story every time I call. I always get a promise someone will call me, no one. I was just told today that the priority for repairs is winter equipment. Understandable, but mine has been in since July. Something should be done to help."

"I spent 2 visits and over $400 for them to service my snowblower. The first visit, they dumped the brand-new premium gas out and refueled it and charged me over $150. They did not do anything else to it. The second vis was over $250. I picked it up last Tuesday- by Friday it stopped running and now will not start. Don't spend your money here. My name is misspelled on the invoice"
