"This mechanic shop saved me tons of money. I took my car to a different mechanic originally and they had a list of things they said were wrong with my car. It was going to cost me close to 3400.00 to get it fixed. I took my car into Master Auto , talked to them about the situation and they saved me a lot of money. My car drives so nice. I love it. "I don’t know how to describe my experience as anything other than incompetent and a complete lack of accountability. They misdiagnosed my truck when I brought it in which led me to break down on the road. They then charged me for the repairs that could’ve been avoided if they’d diagnosed it correctly. I then started leaking fluid out of the part they assured me was in great condition to go back on the truck. They then told me it would be about couple thousand dollars to fix what could’ve been completely avoided if it wasn’t for their incompetence. I brought all this up to them and they had no desire to make it right. Maybe they should stick to alternator swap outs and oil changes. I’ll be taking my vehicle somewhere that deals in good faith."

"Support local? This is your place. While my repair was being handled, I had a brief chat with the owner about how he hires and trains mechanics. It was very illuminating. It was a busy day, so my vehicle had to wait, but once they got to it, they were done in about an hour. Great observation if you noticed from the brief chat comment that there is no shuttle. That would have earned them 5 stars."
