"The staff were very friendly. Communication was great. They worked on my vehicle for the day but it was ready after the final test drive at the end of the day. I was able to pick up my car after hours which was terrific because it is my only means if transportation. They fixed what needed to be fixed, my car is running great and I feel that the cost was reasonable. Definitely plan on using them again for future repairs."

"Better than expected turn around time and pricing! News years eve I had my car break down on my way home to Willow. My dad came out to save me and my husband and two kids and went out the next day to see if he could find out what was wrong with the car. When he couldn't get it running again we decided to have it towed to Peak without knowing if they would be able to do anything with it in the foreseeable future since it was now new years day and no one was open. I called them the next day and they said they would try to get it looked at that day. Nothing happened that day but they called me the next day (Wednesday) and gave me the diagnostics and estimate. I said great, asked them to do a couple of little things that my dad wasn't able to get to and they said it would be mid day Thursday. Awesome! I got a call later the same day saying it was good to go and it was cheaper than the original estimate. I was worried I would end up waiting a week for a diagnostic and even longer for repairs. I even debated having my car towed into anchorage so my dad could work on it after the diagnostic was done. I am very pleased with the customer service and turn around time. I haven't picked up my car yet but pending any issues with the repairs I will 100% be coming back for a tune up and recommending people to bring their vehicles here! Thank you to the staff and mechanics at Peak! After several stressful months of everything seemingly going wrong it was nice to have something go right!"
