"We’re new to the area moved from Maine recently. My 2015 GMC Sierra blew the transmission a few weeks ago and I had it towed by Elite towing to Perpetual Motion. Mike actually provided me with an estimate prior to me having it towed there, was reasonable as I had called other Auto motive repair shops. He also got me in quickly other shops had 2 week backlog. Truck’s transmission (rebuilt) is working nicely now. Mike is very responsive to picking up the phone, I’d say 99 % of the time at the first ring. About 10 days later truck would not start (totally not related to transmission) again Mike got me in quickly, provided an estimate and fixed the truck within 24 hours, (was the starter). So two encounters with Mike both worked out great and I would highly recommend. There’s the “Big Name” repair shops which I’ve not had good experiences with here in Alaska and then there’s Perpetual Motion which I felt that the service was done on a more personal level and there’s a greater effort to saving the customer money, providing quality workmanship, and a quicker turnaround. Great to see a young entrepreneur working with a high standard of service in the Wasilla area!"
