"Will attempt to never use them again along with our other entities. Local Anchorage office accuse me that gate was lock and folks inside the gate would not let them in. Gate was unlock and no folks were in yard as this is a private fence in yard. Management staff very confrontation and did not want to put their employee who apparently went to location on call out they noted he is a long time employee and apparently does not make errors ( but gate unlock and no one was in yard) video service can be provided."

"Purcell Services are my goto place for ATV tire repair. These guys fix tires on all size vehicles--including huge earthmoving equipment, yet they quickly repaired my single ATV tire inexpensively. They also have a compound you can purchase to fill your tires so they never go flat no matter what damage they incur. I highly recommend Purcell's friendly service."

"I called a little more than a week in advance to get my new tires. They told me to show up early to get them installed. They were not able to do an alignment for me so they called another company right down the road which was awesome however, I'm currently waiting for my tires to be delivered even though I had called ahead. I'm not sure if it's a vendor problem or not which is fine. I figured I would be in and out but unfortunately it's not the case. I'll have to come back for realignment later. Other than that there's really friendly staff and they're trying to get everything squared away!"

"I came here to buy a new set of tires and have an alignment done. I've been here 4 hours now. Its partly my fault and partly theirs. Long story short,I was the first customer of the day they did the alignment first and discovered that I had the wrong type lug nuts. The tire change over and balancing work did not need to wait for these lug nuts. They decided to start working on another vehicle as we waited for the nuts to be delivered instead of continuing to mount the new tires on my rims. My only gripe is how they mismanaged the work strategy that would have saved me from waiting an extra 2 plus hours. Other than that I would recommend this place. They have good customer service and have gone the extra mile to make me feel informed and updated."

"I stopped in here to get new three new tires for my camper. When I told Jesse I would wait in the shop for the tires he personally took my wheels back and started the job himself. My tires were replaced and the job was completed in less than 40 minutes. I will definitely be back for my future tire needs! Thank you Jesse!!!"
