"I’m only giving one star because it’s the lowest option that I can give. Jakes auto is a complete scam and has no idea what he is doing…. we were charged over $750 for him to tell us he could not fix the problem for one and secondly He did work and installed parts that were not needed to add them on to the bill even though they were not necessary when he was told what the issue was. (His reason for this was “he was trying to save it”which sounds suspiciously Like a “let’s get it running well enough” option instead of fixing it correctly like we asked…It then it took him a month to bring our car back even though he was paid to bring it back on his slide back. Then when he finally got it back here, he damaged it (trying to get it off of his truck because like I said he has no idea what he’s doing) and acted like it was no big deal.So now we have a car that has more damage than it did when he picked it up to look at it, are out $750 dollars plus $300 for the tows And to top off the icing on the cake, he forgot to bring our keys with the car so now we have to continue to wait on him for access to the vehicle…This guy is an absolute joke. Do not give him your business Unless you want literally nothing done, and to be out-of-pocket for it P.S. he also left about 100 pounds of snow on top of the car instead of shoveling it off for transport, which put everyone’s lives at risk on the highways as he was towing it down the road with that amount of snow on top of it so thanks for that as well Jake no consideration for people on the road."

"Brought a truck in with 4wd not working. Charged $110 for “diagnosing” and told me he could not fix it but I owed him for his time. I took it somewhere else and they reset the computer for free and the problem was solved. I would never go back to Mark at Jake’s auto"

"Mark at Jake’s auto mis diagnosed my vehicle (most likely because he did not understand how to use his new scan tool). He told me it would need to be taken to a dealership and there was nothing he could do, and charged me $110 for nothing. I took it to All Auto on the parks highway and they had it solved in 3mins for no charge. I called Mark at Jake’s auto and asked for a refund since he was incorrect with his diagnosis. He yelled at me and hung up on me. I would never recommend bringing a vehicle to him unless you want to be charged money for nothing. Ask around, it turns out Mark has a reputation of charging for poor work or charging for work that was never done."

"Noticed my Fuel pump needed to be replaced... I asked Jake auto to pick it up and hoping he'd do a great job... When I got my vehicle back I looked at my gas gauge thinking wow this guy put gas into my truck Buuut Jake's auto messed up the gas gauge was completely wrong. So when it's empty it's full and it's shows full mean it's out of gas. Like come on dude. Stick to changing oil."

"very unprofessional work my 4x4 went out and he put a used one in and the 4x4 light was still and it still did not go into 4 wheel drive or 2 wheel drive and it was leaking transfer case fluid, and i told him and all he did was put more RTv on and now my first and second gear only works and told me i needed a new transmission. i only went in to change out my transfer case and now my transmission is going out i do not recommend, he should stick to just oil changes"
