"I have a 2020 pathfinder. It is a front wheel drive with four wheel drive capability. The tires are only a few months old. I have a slow leak in ONE of the tires. They stated it was company policy to replace all 4 tires because it’s an “all wheel drive” vehicle. I told them numerous times that they were incorrect. It’s has 4WD capability but operates 99% of the time as a front wheel drive vehicle. I asked if they would replace two tires and put the best ones on the front. They stated they had to replace all four. Clearly they are trying to make money from me but also from the sale of my tires. The tires are a few months old so I am sure they’d turn around and sell them to a used tire company. Also… if they would be “held liable” if my car messed up due to the differential between tire treads, why not have customers sign a hold harmless and not make them buy unnecessary tires? They also said I needed new brakes. The car literally had new brakes installed in January. It is just now March. Steer clear of this place."

"Fred was friendly and welcoming. Took my truck in because of a steering problem. 20 minutes later the problem was diagnosed and reviewed with me and a few hours later I picked up my truck. Same day service on a Saturday?? Amazing!! I highly recommend Meineke! Thanks guys!!"

"Got a simple tire swap and oil change, one of their mechanics clipped my car backing out of the bay totaling over $4k worth of damage. They’ve had a new manager almost every other month since and they give the same run around/avoidance answers. I should’ve filed against them the day it happened but the manager waived the service cost and promised to cover the damages once I got a quote. Won’t make that mistake again and wouldn’t use their company if they paid me to."

"I love the text they send where you can approve or deny what work you want done to your vehicle, it’s super convenient and so easy to use. The staff is always so polite and the prices were pretty fair. Will go back."

"Fred was incredible. super kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and he was teaching Amy while i was there. great staff and great service. they got 5 tires in and mounted & balanced real fast and at a great deal. I forgot Fred’s name and called back so i could name drop him. Thank you so much Fred!"
