"This is the worst transportation company, not reliable, rude, and totally inefficient. I have a client that registered with them last week as she is wheelchair bound and required the bus with the handicap lift, she was told to be ready to go at noon today, then yesterday afternoon at 3:15 the driver came over, they lost her phone number he stated, and told us we needed to be ready by 8:30 as they had a morning appt client also going, my clients appt was at 2pm, so she would of had to be on the bus for 6 hours before her appt!! We told driver this would not be medically possible as she has human needs also, bathroom, food, medication ,and a place for her to get out of her chair to rest for a hour. This is totally inappropriate to ask of a client. Also how unfortunate for the morning appt that would of had to wait 6 hours before they could go home after their appt. We will never refer anyone to this company, if they can't do any better than that ,they shouldn't be in the business"

"A person has to call 24 hrs in advance. And its 6 dollars per rider. Sandpoint offers rides every hour over a wide range. And get this, it's free. Whitefish has free rides, with stops all over town. Kalispell goes all over town, Whitefish and Columbia falls for only 2 dollars. Spokane it's only 4 dollars for an all day pass. What's up with Libby public transportation?"
