"This place used to be very reliable and good. Unfortunately, they are no longer what they used to be. Several of my prongs and tips on my ring had worn off…so I took it in. Three weeks later, I was charged for the replacement of two tips. However, when I got the ring back, nothing had been done on it. I had to take it to a jeweler in Bozeman instead. They told me that the tips were still missing and the prongs needed replacing. Very disappointed."

"I had a wedding ring designed here several years ago. Within a couple months, several of the diamonds were falling out. I took it to another jeweler and was told that they never should have put the diamonds in that setting (they are antique, family-heirlooms!)…I ended up having to spend $1000 to get it fixed.
