"Typically love Florence, and it's often my go-to, but every once in awhile my drink gets screwed up pretty bad. I'm pretty severely lactose-intolerant, and on multiple occasions have had "oat milk" misheard as "whole milk" in the drive through. Because of how much lower my car is than the window, I can't watch as my drink is made to make sure I won't get sick later. Kind of disappointing."

"I love stopping here for coffee. The staff are also super nice and cheerful. The coffee is almost always great. The only thing I don't like is the limited space in the drive thru line. It gets full often and sometimes it can take a little while to get a drink in the morning."
