"Sold me a chainsaw with no power and when I took it back in the same day they acted like I did something wrong and said all sales are final. I guess sometimes a few hundred dollars is a small price to pay in order to learn who not to trust. Update: I'm sure it's the right place, and by denying it happened at least it shows you know you were in the wrong. Yeah you started it and it ran good it seemed, when I tried to cut with it there was no power under load. When I came back you told me all sales were final and there was nothing you could do but you already know the story very well. I'm just glad I figured out how to use Google so others might not make the same mistake I did."
