He educated us about the pros and cons of various firearms, ammunition and other tactical gear. He was extremely knowlegable, informative and focused on customer service. Highly recommend this business."

"Ordered online and they charged my credit card Dec 9th of 2023, it is now March 27th of 2024, still no ammo! In this time I've made several phone calls they never answer, I doubt they even listen to my messages. I reached out with emails. I was told a shipping label was being created on Feb 6th, after more than a month the tracking number has never changed from "label created". I hope I didn't wait too long to contact my credit card company..."

"I ordered from Western Mountain Tactical a month ago but have faced frustrating communication issues since then. Conflicting cancellation policies, misleading shipping promises, and poor responsiveness via email and phone calls have resulted in a poor experience. Others on Reddit have reported similar issues. Despite competitive prices, I won't be ordering from them again due to their subpar customer service. Will update once we receive items, currently a shipping label was created 2 days ago."

"Update: On the date I posted this review I received a call saying that my order was now shipping that same day. The order was delivered in a timely manner after that. The ammo appears to be good quality but I haven’t shot it yet. I adjusted my review from 1 to 4 stars, but will leave the original review for others to see my experience. Placed an order on 1/19/24 for ammo well aware of the 16-28 business day delay for shipping. At the 46 day mark (32 business days) I began reaching out by phone and email and have yet to get a response."
